Terms and conditions

These terms govern your use of the Forsa New store and your purchases from it in the United Arab Emirates. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them.

Your account

You can buy as a guest or create an account. You’re responsible for keeping your details accurate and your password private. We may ask you to verify your phone or email to protect your order.

Prices and tax

Prices are shown in UAE dirham (AED) and include 5% VAT. Delivery costs appear before you confirm your order. Prices may change without notice, which doesn’t affect confirmed orders.

Orders and confirmation

Submitting an order is an offer to buy, and the contract is formed when we confirm it. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a price is clearly wrong, in which case we refund anything you paid in full.

Payment

Depending on the order, you can pay by cards, cash on delivery, bank transfer, and instalment services such as Tabby and Tamara where available. Online payments run through licensed gateways, and we don’t store your card details.

Delivery

We deliver to the available cities in the United Arab Emirates within the time shown when you choose a delivery method. Please check your address and phone number, since incorrect details can delay delivery.

Returns

You can return products under our returns policy within 7 days of delivery.

Intellectual property

All site content, including text, images and logos, is protected and may not be used without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the consumer protection and electronic transactions laws of the UAE. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under the law. Please contact us first to resolve any dispute. You can also turn to the UAE consumer protection authorities.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place your order applies.
