We respect your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your personal data in Egypt, in line with Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.

What we collect

• Your delivery address and city.
• Your order details and chosen payment method. We don’t store card details.
• Usage data such as your device, the pages you visit, and your approximate IP address to work out your country.

Why we use it

• To fulfil, deliver and track your order.
• To verify your phone or email and prevent fraud.
• To send order updates by email or WhatsApp.
• To send offers if you’ve agreed, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve the store and measure our advertising.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum needed with delivery companies, payment gateways and instalment services, messaging and email providers, and advertising and analytics platforms such as Meta, Google and TikTok when enabled. Some of this data may be processed outside Egypt by these providers. We don’t sell your data.

Saved on your device

We save your details, address and cart on your device to make your next order easier, and you can remove them from the checkout page at any time. We also use cookies to run the site and measure advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep order data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and tax requirements, then delete it or make it anonymous.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use for marketing, as the law allows. You can change most of your details from your account page, or contact us using the details on this site.

Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, encrypted service keys and hashed passwords, and we restrict who can access it.
